Michael J. Rose, Sr.
Founder and CEO, The Diversified Companies
Managing Partner, Integrity
Michael is a respected public speaker and writer on both life and health issues, as well as leadership, sales training, and motivational seminars. He has been trained in part by Tony Robbins and his Mastery University programs.
In addition, Michael has served on various boards in an executive capacity, including the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Essex/Passaic Metropolitan Chapter of The American Red Cross. He is the recipient of many National Sales Awards and is the holder of the Distinguished Service Award.
A native of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Michael has lived in New Jersey all his adult life and now resides in Jupiter, Florida. Michael has four children — three sons who are his business partners, and a daughter who is a schoolteacher in Newark, New Jersey. He enjoys work, boating, golf, traveling, entertaining and spending time with his 13 grandchildren.
Anthony M. Rose

Anthony started in the insurance business in 1992 when his father recruited him as a final expense field agent. After recruiting, managing and training other field agents, Anthony realized he loved making a difference in the lives of people who wanted to succeed in the insurance industry.
In 2004, Diversified ventured into the new Medicare Advantage space by spinning off a new company, Senior Financial Solutions. As they grew to become one of the largest distributors of Medicare Advantage products in the country, the venture offered a whole new way of positively impacting lives.

In 2004, after receiving his graduate and undergraduate degrees in biblical studies and philosophy from Seton Hall University, Michael chose to pursue a lifelong career serving alongside his family at Diversified Companies. He has never looked back.
Michael holds life, health, property and casualty insurance licenses, as well as real estate and mortgage licenses. Having worked in sales from a young age, he has strived to live out Diversified Companies’ commitment to partnership, family, integrity, loyalty and excellence.
Michael and his team focus on recruiting, hiring and training salespeople; obtaining and distributing the highest quality leads to the Diversified family of agents; providing the most efficient and innovative technology available; and following through with all the promises Diversified has made to each of its partners.
Michael is thankful for the gift of his high –school sweetheart and wife, Faith, and their seven children. Together, they are heavily involved in their community.
Dan Rose
COO, The Diversified Companies
Managing Partner, Integrity
Dan attended Seton Hall University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations. During his collegiate years, he held the position of Manager for Seton Hall Men’s Basketball and developed a deep passion for coaching, recruitment and talent development.
In 2010, Dan joined his father and two brothers in the family business, pursuing a career in insurance and benefits. After identifying a need for workforce development within Diversified, he was able to apply his experience and passion toward talent cultivation. He finds deep satisfaction in welcoming new sales agents into the industry while continuing to provide inspired, personalized mentorship and leadership.
Dan is a proud resident of the historic town of Morristown, New Jersey. When not working, he enjoys golf, traveling and coaching boy’s youth basketball.
John Morris
Vice President of Finance and Operations
John’s passion is evident in both his personal and professional life. He is driven by an unwavering commitment to personal growth and helping others, and he continually strives for excellence in his profession and community. He earned a BA in accounting from West Chester University, which provided him with a strong foundation in financial management.
John’s expertise in financial management and strategic decision-making has been hugely instrumental in our company’s success. Since joining our team in 2006, John has received numerous awards, including the Leadership Award and the Eagle Award for his commitment to continuous growth and development.
Born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, John has a deep appreciation for his local community. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, hiking and cycling, finding tranquility in nature, and reflecting on his skydiving experience (despite his aversion to air travel). John proudly supports the Philadelphia Eagles and believes in the power of teamwork and the spirit of competition.
Akram Jacob
Vice President of Growth and Development
Akram has a diverse background in business and a deep commitment to serving those in need. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence have made him an integral part of the company’s success.
Since joining us in 1999, Akram has achieved numerous accolades, including Agent of the Year, Agency Director of the Year, and prestigious awards like President Club, Leadership, Bulldog, and Eagle. He has also been honored with our “20 Years of Service” recognition. Despite his professional success, Akram considers his family to be his greatest accomplishment, cherishing his wonderful wife and three beautiful children.
Akram actively supports causes that assist the poor, sick, and elderly, aiming to make a positive impact in their lives through his contributions of time and resources. He’s also passionate about travel, exploring new places, and gardening. Akram earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Minia University in Egypt and has been a resident of Collegeville, PA since 2003.
Akram is an avid supporter of the Mets baseball team and the Egyptian and African soccer champion team, Al Ahly.
Sarah Sinton
Executive Administrator
Sarah has been Diversified’s Executive Administrator since 2008. With a diverse background and a passion for both her professional and personal interests, Sarah brings a unique perspective to her work. Whether it’s managing projects, ensuring smooth operations, or championing sustainability initiatives, she always goes above and beyond to make a positive impact.
Sarah’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication have led her to successfully establish and operate her own catering business for several years. But her true passion lies in environmental conservation and promoting well-being through food and nature. She finds real solace and satisfaction in gardening, cooking, hiking and kayaking.
Sarah is a Chester County, Pennsylvania native who attended Millersville University and West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
Teneisha Hughes
Inside Sales Advisor
Teneisha joined Diversified in 2022. Originally from North Carolina, Teneisha later moved to New Jersey, where she currently resides. She strongly believes in standing up for what she believes in, is passionate about advocating for important causes, and considers her ability to speak up for herself and others when the situation demands it to be one of her proudest accomplishments. A passionate football fan, she dedicates her free time to cheering on her favorite team, the New York Giants.
Mary Davis
Appointment Setting Department Supervisor
Mary has consistently demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in her role and, a testament to her dedication and outstanding performance, has been recognized for her contributions with our prestigious Vision Award. But in the end, she considers her five children to be her greatest achievement. Raising and nurturing her kids has been a fulfilling experience that brings her immense joy and pride.
Mary has lived in Boonton for most of her life and is an alumna of Berkley College. She loves playing basketball and is a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan, a team she admires for their skill and tenacity. She is also a passionate advocate for curing COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and actively supports efforts to find a solution.
Meagan Becker
Appointment Setter Team Lead
Meagan has been an integral part of our team since 2021. A dedicated and passionate individual, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to causes close to her heart.
Meagan has received recognition for her outstanding performance at The Diversified Companies, including the prestigious “Top 5 Appointment Setter” award. Outside of the office, she is an active advocate for foster care reform through her involvement with Together We Rise.
Meagan maintains a deep connection to Dover, where she was born and raised. She earned degrees from Dover Business College and Berkeley College, which helped fostered her strong work ethic and shape her professional path. Above all, Meagan cherishes her role as a devoted mother to her 14-year-old son and strives to create a nurturing and loving environment for him. She’s also a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Erich Hoffman
Licensed Senior Specialist
Erich always strives to make a positive impact on others. His commitment extends beyond his professional life, earning him membership in our prestigious Leaders Club for three consecutive years, as well as the Henry D. Smith Living the Vision Award in 2021.
Erich’s passion for helping others has shaped both his life and career. Born in Jefferson Township, he developed strong values and a sense of responsibility within his close-knit community. Erich graduated from William Paterson University and has been with Diversified since 2019.
Erich remains dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others through his unwavering commitment, passion for sports, and personal accomplishments. When not working, Erich enjoys golf and passionately supports the New Jersey Devils and the Miami Dolphins.
Matthew Michelsen
Matthew is a native of Long Island, New York, who has spent the past decade in New Jersey. Matthew is a proud sports fan, supporting teams such as the New York Mets, New York Giants, and the New York Rangers, as well as college football.
Apart from his love for sports, Matthew is deeply passionate about causes such as pro-life/pro-family initiatives, parental rights, and medical freedom. He strongly advocates for the well-being of families, children, and individuals’ rights to make their healthcare decisions.
Matthew is adopted but maintains a deep connection to his Colombian heritage and values the diverse perspectives his background brings. He pursued both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Long Island University Post, then joined The Diversified Companies in 2022 where his dedication, work ethic, and passion has made him invaluable.
